For after-hours maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the morning, please call the office at (702) 843-4524 and press "8".This is an answering service and the operator you speak to will be able to get in touch with one of our team members who will return your call as soon as possible.

Please note that a $75.00 service charge for calls deemed a non-emergency by the responding management team member will be charged to your account and payment will be due along with your following rent payment. Emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day many include, but are not limited to, FLOODING, FIRE, A/C HEAT PROBLEMS, CLOGGED TOILETS WHEN THERE IS ONLY 1 BATHROOM IN THE UNIT AND REFRIDGERATORS THAT HAVE COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING.

If you happen to LOCK YOURSELF OUT of your unit, you can contact the office at (702)293-5200 to be let in by a member of our staff. Please be prepared to show your ID as we cannot grant access unless you are on the lease agreement on file. There is a $25.00 fee for the service. If you choose to call a locksmith instead, you may do so at your own expense. Do not attempt to break into your suite, as any damages will be costly to you.

Contact your resident manager for noise complaints. If for some reason you cannot contact the manager and you deem it necessary, please contact the Police. If the Police respond to your call, please request an incident number or ask them to drop off a red card to the office.
